Step 19: Downloading Signed Disclaimers

This video serves as a training module for administrators using the CapLinked platform, focusing on how to manage and retrieve signed disclaimer documents.

Key steps for downloading signed disclaimers:

• Navigate to the Files tab: Access your workspace and click on the Files tab (0:17-0:19).
• Locate Signed Disclaimers: In the left-hand navigation column, below the parent folder tree, select the option labeled Signed Disclaimers (0:22-0:32). This area contains a list of all disclaimer documents that have been acknowledged and electronically signed by workspace users.
• Download the File: To obtain a copy of a signed document, click the blue drop-down arrow located on the right side of the specific entry and select Download (0:53-1:00).

This functionality allows administrators to easily pull signed records onto their local device, which is useful for verifying or sharing proof that a user has reviewed and accepted the required terms (0:47-1:08).
